There are a few surf spots in Fort Lauderdale to test your surfing skills out on. Local surfers can be found in Ft. Lauderdale at the pier at the end of Commercial Blvd., in Dania Beach at the John Lloyd State Park jetty, as well as in Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Hillsboro Beach and Hillsboro Inlet.
